Returns & Refunds

Because mobile phones are high-value electronic devices, returns, replacements and refunds are handled only after the order terms, product condition and issue have been reviewed.

Before accepting delivery

Check the outer package for visible damage or tampering. Report serious concerns to the delivery partner immediately and record clear unboxing evidence where permitted.

Eligibility

Requests may be considered for verified transit damage, a materially incorrect item or a genuine manufacturing issue, subject to inspection and any applicable manufacturer process. Change-of-mind requests are not automatically eligible.

Refund timing

Where a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method after the return or verification process is complete. Bank and payment-provider timelines can vary.

Important

Do not ship a product back without written return instructions. Unauthorised returns may be rejected.
